In true Coxwell style the ritual of Pancake Day was celebrated with our usual flair as we all set to create our traditional Shrove Tuesday treat. Our residents and team took over the kitchen, making, tossing and finally tucking into the fruits of the somewhat exuberant efforts. (All we could hear was laughter).
Neither staff or residents quite finessed the art of containing a pancake in their respective pans but we actually did come out with some pretty good results as you can see here. With the final flourish of fresh fruit toppings we think we did a pretty good job.
The overall consensus – Yet another fun fuelled activity enjoyed all … Until next year and after we have redecorated the kitchen.
