May came to Coxwell in true regal style with lots of activities building up the Kings coronation. Staff and residents had a lot of fun meeting the King and having their pictures taken with him. From crosswords to quizzes, it was a week that had everyone getting enthusiastic about this auspicious occasion. Residents also got crafty, creating crowns to both wear and eat. All focus on Saturday was the coronation itself, much enjoyed by all with a wonderful tea to finish off proceedings. The weeks celebrations were crowned in true Coxwell style on Sunday when the flags came out for a Coronation Garden Party, where friends and relatives joined us for lots of Coxwell Hall fun and frolics enjoying a banquet fit for the King himself.
