I have been working as a chef since the late 80’s a role that has seen me work in places from Saudi Arabia to Paris and then find my special place at Coxwell Hall in 2005.
I love my role here, it makes me happy to cook for our residents and keep them healthy with good nutritious food. Coxwell is special, not just because of the people, it’s important to me and my family, we have created a good life since being here.
When I am not at Coxwell I still enjoy cooking, I like to go shopping and also enjoy cleaning the house, which may sound odd but it’s a way to show how much I care for my wife who is a Covid survivor.
I like to keep a low profile, but I thank God for giving me a good attitude, honesty and integrity to do a good job and earn respect from others.
