My name is Sarah Ledbury. I have worked at Coxwell Hall of Faringdon for 10+ years now.
When I first started working at Coxwell I was a care assistant and over my years at Coxwell I have had the pleasure of many roles which include: Care assistant, Senior Care Assistant, Activities Co-ordinator, Lead Senior and now becoming Deputy Manager.
I am passionate about caring for the elderly and have been working in care since I was 18 years old. Since my arrival at Coxwell I have been given the opportunity to do my NV3, Nursing Associates degree and also benefit from the training available here.
Coxwell is a family home and is like a second family to me. We all love to have a laugh and enjoy each other’s company. It is a pleasure to work at Coxwell and I am proud to have been part of the team for so many years.
When I’m not at Coxwell, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, going on holidays – I love being in the SUN.
