Hi my name is Elisabeta. I came to work at Coxwell Hall and Mews from Romania where I have lived all of my life before coming to England.
I have been working at Coxwell since 2015. I didn’t know what to expect when I came to work at Coxwell as I had never done caring before. I found out that I LOVED IT. I enjoy spending time with the residents and getting to know their life histories and how much the world has changed.
Whilst I have been at Coxwell I have had completed a lot of training that has helped me to understand dementia better, such as virtual dementia training etc. I have completed my NVQ 2 which I am very proud of myself for doing as it took a lot of time and dedication. I have also completed my medication training.
When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband Daniel and our son. I also enjoy going to the gym, socialising, dancing and holidays by the sea.
