Nothing but the best is good enough

From our first good morning to wishing residents a goodnight we are here to make every day the best possible day.

We work together to help our residents thrive, as a community that cares, our only routine is the residents routine, where every detail counts, from the food we serve and enjoy together, to ensuring our residents feel safe, happy and have people they are connected to.

The carefully designed facilities are set out to aid calm, and for residents to maintain motivatation and keep active, from the communal areas to the privacy of a bedroom, our understanding is focused on maintaining the right environment to support every need.

Our overarching desire at Coxwell Hall is for our people to be in a place they can call home.

"We are always made welcome; the staff are friendly and eager to please."
"I feel very fortunate that my dad is at Coxwell. The staff treat him like one of their own family which is lovely. They are so experienced in dealing with complex dementia, and they handle Dad's mood swings really well. The staff are always welcoming and happy to see me, which means a lot."
"Excellent care and love was given to our mum during the last 18 months of her life. She felt very much part of a family at Coxwell Hall and regarded it as a home. This was in no small measure due to the skill, kindness and expertise of all the staff. We also felt very cared for - as her children."
"My mother has been happy and contented for her 6 months stay at Coxwell. All staff have treated her with respect, love, dignity and humour in equal proportion. I am struck how individual the approach to residents with differing levels of need."
